This packet has all the information in it about what you need to bring and what you can leave at home. It also has a list of the grocery stores and gas stations in the area. As an added bonus, it includes a packing list! |
Directions to Our Cabins and Lodges:
Your doorcode will be emailed to you 2 weeks prior to your check-in.
We ask that you please wash and dry all of the towels that you use; this is to reduce the amount of time it takes to clean the cabins, keeping the check-in and check-out times reasonable and cleaning costs down. Also, please strip the sheets from the beds you used (please don't remove the bed-skirt). Pile the sheets on the floor and the blanket on the bed.
All garbage must be taken to the garbage truck. It is located down the first entrance into the Island Park Village Resort, which is Grandview Drive . (NOTE: IF STAYING IN THE LAST CHANCE CABIN LEAVE GARBAGE IN THE CAN PROVIDED AND IT WILL BE DISPOSED OF ACCORDINGLY) It is by the condo laundry facility, back behind some trees (since a garbage truck isn't a beautiful sight to see!). Failure to take the garbage to the truck will result in a $30.00 charge to your credit card. Note: If staying in the Last Chance Cabin leave garbage in the large trash can on the front deck. Please call the cleaning lady if you cannot locate the drop off spot.
If you find it necessary to rearrange the furniture in the cabins, please be kind enough to move it back to its original place. Our cleaning person cannot move the larger pieces back alone.
We'd also like to remind you that check-ins are at 4:00 p.m. and check-outs are at 11:00 a.m. We've had some problems with renters checking into the cabins early. Checking in early or leaving late throws off the cleaning crew's schedule and can cause complications for future arrivals. Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
Another reminder about privileges at the Clubhouse is that as a renter, if you choose to use their facilities , the Resort requires you to purchase a temporary membership (such as the pool, sauna, and tennis and racquetball courts). Golf fees are separate. Obviously, equipment rentals are also extra. These fees are paid at the clubhouse when you arrive. Their number is 208-558-7502 and the clubhouse is located east of the tennis courts (see the map referenced above). Please call them for rules, use dates, and current rates.
